Sptebik currently offers three repair methods: mail-in repair, remote repair, and nationwide on-site repair.
Sptebik has a repair center in Japan, and is well-equipped to provide after-sales service that customers can use with confidence. We also have a large inventory of repair parts, so we can handle most repair needs. In the rare event that a part runs out of stock, we will replenish it within approximately 15 days. We sincerely thank you for your trust and support in our service.
Please make sure to read the following terms:
1. Mail-in repair: You can mail your bike to a direct store for repair. However, you must contact the Customer Support Center before mailing it. We will not accept bikes mailed without confirmation. Please contact Customer Support for the specific mailing address.
*In the event of an initial defect, we will cover 100% of the shipping costs for repairs.
*For repairs other than initial defects, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
*If parts are available, repairs can be completed within a maximum of 2 weeks.
2. Remote Repair: This is the most recommended method and can usually resolve your issue within 1-5 days. After you submit your issue, our customer support team will forward it to our expert team and suggest a solution. Once our customer support team receives the solution, we will contact you immediately.
3. On-site repairs: Sptebik offers on-site repair services throughout Japan, with specially trained technicians on-site to assist you.
In most areas, a technician will visit the customer directly to carry out the repair, but in some areas, the person in charge may take the vehicle and have it repaired at a nearby affiliated repair shop.
*Please contact the Customer Support Center when applying for repairs.
*The total cost of on-site repair will be the technician's visit cost + repair cost.
*In the case of initial defects, the repair costs will be borne by our company, but in the case of on-site repairs, the customer will be responsible for the on-site repair costs.
*If we have the parts in stock, we will schedule your repair as soon as possible. If we don't have the parts, please understand that you will have to wait.
*The customer is responsible for all repairs other than product defects.
