Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, all of the following conditions must be met:

Product condition

    • The item must be unused.
    • Must be in the same condition as when you received it
    • Return the item in its original cardboard box (or the product's original packaging)

Reason for return

    • Returns will be accepted only for valid reasons , such as defective products, incorrect delivery, or products that are different from the description.

Required Documents

    • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, etc.) must be presented.

Return Process

    • Please obtain written return authorization from us before returning any products.

      *Please note that we cannot respond if the item is returned without authorization.

About order cancellation

    • Unshipped orders : Please contact customer service immediately at sptebik@gmail.com


      *No cancellation fee will be charged.
    • For orders already shipped , 10% of the order price plus associated shipping fees will be charged upon cancellation.

If the product you receive is different from the product you ordered

Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons on the part of the customer.

Please make sure to check your order details carefully before placing an order. We do our best to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know via our contact form within 14 days of receiving the unused item.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If you receive your bike in poor condition, Sptebik reserves the right to a full refund to the fullest extent possible and will request compensation depending on the extent of the damage. If you have owned the bike for more than 14 days , your return will not be accepted as it does not fall under our return policy. If your refund is approved, we will process it and you will usually see a refund credited to your original payment method within 3 to 15 days (the speed of the credit depends on your bank's processing speed).

Regarding exchange :
